FRAMES: If you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you may return your frames within 7 days in its original condition for a full refund minus 15% restocking fee.
CUSTOM LENSES: These are prescription or non-prescription lenses that were tailored to your specifications.
Our custom lenses are made in our top quality optical laboratories to ensure craftsmanship and accuracy. As such, we guarantee 100% accuracy on all lens orders, or we will remake them absolutely free. To ensure accuracy, we request that you send us your prescription through the following methods:

If you would like to return your custom lenses for any other reason, we offer the following options:
- One time free redo or a store credit for 100% of the lens value
- 50% refund of the total lens cost

- US and International Orders: We are currently unable to offer a pre-paid return label. Please use a reputable carrier of your choice to ship your return
